You and your dogs are not just clients to us, you're family! We strive to maintain a positive and enjoyable salon. It is imperative to us that our clients be treated with patience, kindness, and respect. Our cage-free environment is what we believe is key to great experience, creating ease on the pet parent, the groomer, and most importantly the dogs.
Grooming can be a very over stimulating, scary process. We strive to gain your dog trust and to assist them in gaining the confidence they need to eliminate any fear or anxiety they have. With our open concept, we are able to give your dog some time to relax between steps. They are able to run around and burn off some steam, or find a bed and take a little snooze!
Being a pet parent is hard! We maintain a close connection with pet owners. Often we teach proper coat care, recommend grooming frequency, suggest tools and techniques, and discuss what you can do at home to make grooming more enjoyable. It is a team effort!
We have 5 groomers, all with a range of experience, along with our bathers who also have years of experience in the animal world. We are able to provide a custom, specialized experience based on your dogs needs; ranging from your puppy's first groom, medicated baths, matted shave downs, and to elderly comfort grooms.
